Organic mountain honey Bona Mel. Organic mountain honey produced on the fields of oak trees and holm oaks located in the Natural Park of the Cebollera in Soria, Spain. These parks are located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,500 meters to 2,200 meters.

This raw mountain honey Bona mel has a dark amber color. You will find intense floral aromas in its taste. Also taste malted flavours and cereals. Long and intense flavour in your mouth.  All the sweetness with a strong acidic touch. Bona mel mountain honey cristalizes slowly in small crystals.

Also the beehives need to be 100% natural without painting or varnishing from oil products that can contaminate the honey.
